This order totals
500,000 high-performance cores (16*21*10), which have been successfully delivered to an Indian customer specifically for the large-scale production of
common-mode inductors. Another 500,000 cores will be shipped to the customer's factory shortly. The successful completion of this order signifies the deepening of the bond between our company and our customer, further deepening our cooperation with our Indian customer.
As the "core" of the common-mode inductor, the performance of the magnetic core directly determines the filtering effect, stability and service life of the common-mode inductor, and plays an irreplaceable role in the anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI) of electronic equipment. Common-mode inductors are widely used in key areas such as
switching power supplies, inverters, and new energy vehicle charging stations.
The cores exported to India this time have
low loss and high magnetic permeability, and can still maintain excellent magnetic properties in high temperature and high frequency environments, perfectly matching the Indian customers' production requirements for common-mode inductors with "high reliability and long life".
The export of nearly one million cores to India is no accident; it's the inevitable result of the company's long-term commitment to overseas markets and its continued strengthening of production capacity and technological capabilities. Leveraging decades of technological expertise and experience in large-scale production, the company has established a comprehensive service system encompassing R&D, production, testing, and delivery.
Relying on its strong production capacity advantage, the company can achieve stable exports of
millions of cores every month.
